Great telecoms service from the team at Atom.
We had a full IP telephony system system installed across multiple locations, with easy portal system access that can be accessed by users on a management or user level.
Call quality has been great and the quality rating can be seen via the portal so I imagine if we ever do have any problems they will be easier to track down.
We ported 2 numbers over to Atom and the set up of additional user profiles on the numbers has been easy to set up.
